Our Story
Built From Frustration With What's Unavailable
Rigid Custom Works was founded by a classic and performance car enthusiast who kept running into the same problem: parts that were discontinued, prohibitively expensive through dealers, or simply never made to the standard the car deserved. The solution wasn't to accept compromise — it was to engineer around it.
We started by reverse-engineering individual components for personal builds. The accuracy of modern metrology combined with engineering-grade materials — ASA-GF, carbon-fibre nylon, PA12 — meant results that matched or exceeded OEM specifications. Word spread. What began as a personal workshop discipline became a focused commercial operation.
Today we operate as a fully online engineering studio from Dubai, UAE, serving enthusiasts and professionals across the GCC, Europe, North America, and beyond. Every component we produce goes through the same process: capture or reconstruct the original geometry, engineer for material properties, manufacture to ±0.1mm tolerance, inspect, and ship.

Rigid Custom Works is a fully online engineering business. We do not operate a walk-in retail location — all orders are placed and managed through our website, with parts dispatched via tracked international courier from our Dubai, UAE facility.
Every part is manufactured to order in engineering-grade materials, inspected against OEM tolerances, and packed for international transit. Typical production time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation to dispatch.
We serve clients across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. All payments are processed securely in AED with international card support.
