30-Day Refund Policy

At Rigid Custom Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any product that has been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at +971 556304432 or by email at info@rigidcustomworks.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if necessary.

Return Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made, special order, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
