FJ Cruiser Wing Delete Brackets - 5" Square

Precision-engineered wing delete brackets for the Toyota FJ Cruiser, designed and manufactured to accept the Auxbeam 5" square cube pod. The factory fog light wings are bulky, dated, and fade to grey under sustained sun — removing them leaves a raw opening that demands a purpose-built solution. These brackets fill that gap cleanly, delivering a flush, finished front end.

Designed, manufactured and distributed exclusively by Rigid Custom Works. These are the only brackets built to integrate the Auxbeam 5" cube pod into the FJ Cruiser front end. There is no other source.

⚠️ FITMENT: Designed specifically for the Toyota FJ Cruiser (2007–2014). Installation requires drilling the mounting holes and trimming the factory fog light opening to seat the bracket. Hand tools and a drill required.

• ASA Construction — Black Inside and Out: Moulded from ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate), the polymer specified across the industry for permanently exposed exterior components. Colour-through black, not painted or coated — so a stone chip or a scuff never reveals a pale substrate, and the finish cannot fade, chalk or flake.
• Built for Extreme Heat and UV: ASA holds its mechanical properties at continuous elevated temperature and resists ultraviolet degradation inherently, without depending on a surface coating. Engineered for Gulf summers, desert sun and sustained thermal cycling.
• Aerodynamic Profile: The bracket geometry follows the FJ Cruiser's factory bumper line and shrouds the pod, keeping airflow attached across the front end. Less turbulence than an exposed universal mount means less wind noise at highway speed and no added drag penalty.
• Auxbeam 5" Cube Pod Ready: The aperture is dimensioned to the Auxbeam 5" square cube pod. The light seats flush — no packing, no shimming, no gap around the housing for sand to collect in.
• Black Stainless Hardware Included: Every set ships with black stainless steel bolts, washers and nuts. Stainless for coastal salt air and humidity; black so the fasteners disappear into the part.
• Rigid, Vibration-Resistant Structure: Engineered mounting geometry holds the pod securely in a forward-facing, exposure-prone position without flex or sag — so beam alignment stays where you set it, even after corrugated tracks and dune runs.
