Materials and Engineering

The aperture is sized to provide a secure interference fit with the Auxbeam controller panel — no adhesive or secondary fasteners needed to retain the controller under vibration and off-road conditions. ASA is UV-stable and heat-resistant to 100°C continuous, maintaining dimensional integrity in overhead console environments. The panel will not warp, crack, or discolour under normal use conditions.

Installation

Remove the factory overhead console cover using plastic trim tools (typically clips only — no screws). Route your Auxbeam wiring harness through the console cavity before installing the mount panel. Clip the mount into the factory console mounting points. Press the Auxbeam controller into the aperture — it should seat firmly. Route wiring through the rear channels and connect to the Auxbeam harness. Test all channels before closing the console. Total installation time is typically 30–60 minutes including wiring, depending on the complexity of the accessory circuits being controlled.

Warranty
