Mercedes R129 Sun Visor Backing – ASA

This is a precision-engineered replacement for the sun visor backing panel on the Mercedes-Benz R129 SL-Class. The factory sun visor backing — OEM part 1298102317 — is a frustratingly fragile component that warps, loses its surface finish, and eventually delaminates from the combined effects of cabin heat and UV cycling over the windshield. We re-engineered this backing in ASA to restore the visor's structure and appearance with a part that will not fail again.
