Rigid Custom Works is an online automotive engineering studio operating from Dubai, UAE — serving customers across the UAE, GCC, Europe, North America, and beyond. We specialise in manufacturing discontinued, hard-to-source, and performance automotive components through precision reverse engineering and 3D printing. Every part we produce is engineered from scratch: we scan or recreate the original geometry, optimise the design for engineering-grade materials, and manufacture to ±0.1mm OEM tolerances.

Our custom order service covers four categories: discontinued OEM parts that are no longer available through dealerships, damaged or broken components that need faithful reproduction, performance and modification parts for enthusiasts upgrading beyond stock, and one-off bespoke components designed to your exact specification. Current primary platforms include Mercedes-Benz (R129, W124, W463), Porsche (996, 997, 992), Land Rover Defender (L663), and Toyota (FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser) — though we evaluate requests for other makes case by case.

All orders are processed online — there is no walk-in requirement. Submit your project details using the form below. We review every enquiry and respond within 24 hours with a quote, material recommendation, and production timeline. Parts are shipped worldwide via tracked international courier from our Dubai facility.
