We use engineering-grade ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) for UV-exposed applications — a material with significantly superior UV and heat resistance compared to the standard ABS used in most factory interior trim — and standard engineering-grade ABS for interior applications where UV exposure is minimal.
Heat resistance is rated to 100°C across our product range, making our parts suitable for use in high-temperature environments including the GCC region and other hot-climate markets where interior temperatures regularly exceed 70°C in parked vehicles. UV stabilization means that unlike the original factory plastics these parts replace, our reproductions will not yellow, embrittle, or crack under normal sun exposure over their service life.
