Maybach 62 / 62S Console Lid Hinges – Set of 2

This is a precision-engineered replacement set of hinges for the rear floor console lid on the Maybach 62 and 62S — the small console immediately behind the driver's compartment separator. The factory hinges — OEM part 24068018789C05 — are a known failure point: the arm snaps under the leverage of the lid, and the assembly can no longer be closed cleanly. Mercedes no longer supplies them, and salvaged examples are almost always cracked in the same place. We reverse-engineered the part and rebuilt it to remove the weakness.

• Exact OEM Geometry: Pivot centres, mounting bosses, and arm profile are reverse-engineered from the original hinges. The lid sits flush, swings on the factory arc, and closes with the same action as new.
