Bolts to the factory mounting points

Made for the front bumper of the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG (W204) and C63 AMG Black Series, 2011–2013. The set bolts on at the bumper's factory hole positions using brass threaded inserts, titanium bolts and washers — all hardware included. No double-sided tape, no adhesive, and nothing that lets go at motorway speed.

The insert locations are engineered, not random. Each insert sits exactly on the factory hole positions shared by every C63 and Black Series bumper, placed where the canard is best supported against wind load. If a bumper has been replaced or repaired and the holes are missing, the canard itself becomes the drilling template, so the result is still factory-accurate.

Looks right on the car

The Carbon Fiber version is real 2x2 twill, 3K tow — not hydro-dip, not vinyl wrap. The weave runs straight and centred with no wandering or distorted squares over the curves, and the pattern lines up between the left and right canards so the set reads as one piece across the bumper. It is finished in a deep, level gloss clear with a true 3D depth effect: no orange peel, dust nibs, dry spots, pinholes or resin runs. The carbon wraps fully around the edges and into the back face, so no raw substrate shows from any angle, and the black tone is even throughout with no cloudy or milky patches.

For a blacked-out front end, the set is also available in Glossy Black.

Built to outlast the cheap alternatives

Canards sit at the leading edge of the car and take everything the road throws at them: stone chips, heat soak from the sun, and the occasional ramp or kerb. Low-cost sets fail in predictable ways — the clear yellows and fades, the resin softens and bubbles on a hot day, the carbon skin lifts at the edges, and tape-mounted canards simply fall off.

Each canard is built on a PC-ABS core, a heat-stable engineering plastic that will not flex, crack or ghost through the finish. On the Carbon Fiber version, the woven carbon fibre surface layer bonds over that core and adds stiffness as well as looks. The substrate is keyed and primed before lay-up to stop delamination, the resin is post-cured so it holds its shape in Dubai-level heat, and the UV-resistant clear is applied thick enough that future scratches can be polished out without cutting into the weave.
